Nicole Finnegan leads Customer Success SendSquared. She is responsible for ensuring each client or guest has a thrilling experience and is at the heart of SendSquared’s success.

Nicole has spent the past five years in digital marketing and customer success. Majoring in marketing communications with a graphic design minor, Nicole has used both the analytical and creative sides of marketing to help customers succeed in the digital world. Nicole has worked with businesses from independent floral shops to five-star resorts.

Nicole found her passion for marketing when she first got certified in Google Analytics—seeing where improvements and new opportunities could happen made her want to advise and teach others about the importance of a digital presence.
